Inspector Notes
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today.
There were 5 children present (13 points) with 2 caregivers.
2 child and 2 caregiver records were reviewed. See Violation Notice for non-compliance cited.
Emergency evacuation drills, fridge temperature, diapering and bathroom supplies were all in compliance.
Children were observed playing with a variety of age appropriate toys.

Child #1's record did not contain documentation of the decision to administer medication.
The document is 2 pages. Page 2 was missing with the parent's signature.
