A code compliance inspection was initiated on 08/16/2022 and concluded on 01/18/2023. The inspection was initiated in response to a self-report that was received by the department on 08/11/2022 regarding the supervision of children. On 01/18/2023, the inspector was on site from 10:000am to approximately 11:10am. Interviews were conducted, documentation was reviewed, and observations were made at the center.
