8VAC20-790 Subsidy Program Vendor Requirements for Family Day Homes
Inspector Notes
A subsidy health and safety and new home inspection was conducted on 6/10/2024 between 11:10am and 11:40am. Observed one resident child in care with the vendor. The physical plant, polices and procedures, emergency supplies and procedures, emergency drills, the vendor/provider's record, and 1 household member's record were reviewed. Previous violations were corrected. An exit interview was conducted with the vendor. No violations of the supplemental subsidy health and safety requirements were found.
