Inspector Notes
A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted on 06/18/2024 from 10:00 am to 12:22 pm to review supplemental health and safety requirements. There were 61 children (infants-5yrs.) directly supervised by 13 staff. Children were observed participating in group play, reading books, playing outside, participating in water play and infant feeding routines were observed.
A licensing inspection was conducted on the same date as the SHSI supplemental inspection; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. No violations of the supplemental subsidy health and safety requirements were found.
