An unannounced monitoring inspection was initiated on 04/23/2025 and completed on 04/29/2025 in response to a self-report received by the licensing office on 04/23/2025 relating to care and protection of children. The inspector reviewed 1 child?s record and 2 staff records on-site. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, interviews, and observations.
The preponderance of evidence gathered during the inspection does not support the self-report; therefore, the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
