An unannounced, on-site renewal inspection was initiated and completed on 5/6/2025. The on-site inspection began at 12:20 pm and ended at 1:50 pm. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 6 children present and 1 caregiver. The inspector reviewed 5 children?s records and 3 caregiver/household member(s) records on-site.
