An unannounced complaint inspection was conducted on 09/22/2022 in response to allegations that Code of Virginia requirements for safe sleep, supervision and staff-to-child ratios were not being maintained.
Based on the information gathered which included classroom observation, a review of written attendance records, written policy review and staff interviews this complaint is found to be not valid.
