An unannounced inspection was initiated on 03/04/2026 and completed on 03/04/2026 in response to a complaint received by the licensing office on 02/26/2026 relating to allegations that the religiously exempt child day program was not following Code of Virginia requirements for supervision procedures and staff-to-child ratio. This inspection included:

The preponderance of evidence gathered during the investigation does not support the allegations; therefore, the complaint is determined to be not valid. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
