A monitoring inspection was initiated on 6/2/2023 and concluded on 6/6/2023. There were 21children present with 3 staff supervising on 6/2/2023. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of 5 child records and 5 staff records were reviewed on 6/6/2023. The inspection started at 12:15 pm and concluded at 3:30pm on 6/2/2023.
