Inspector Notes

A complaint) inspection was initiated and concluded on 8/28/2023. There were 18 children present with 4 staff supervising and a program director on site. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming and nutrition. A total of 5 staff records were reviewed. The physical plant was inspected, classrooms and staff / child interactions were observed, staff throughout the center were interviewed. The inspection started at 12:15 pm and concluded at 4:50 pm.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued
