Inspector Notes
An unannounced, focused monitoring inspection was conducted on 11/08/2023 from 1:35 pm-2:30 pm. At the time of entrance, 19 children were in care with 3 staff members present. Children were observed resting quietly on cots and in cribs, infants were also observed being rocked and bottle fed. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program. Repeat violations were found and are identified within this report.

**** REPEAT VIOLATION****
Based on observation and interview. the licensee did not ensure that documents required by the Superintendent were posted in a conspicuous place on the licensed premises.
Evidence:
The most recently issued violation notice from the previous inspection was not posted conspicuously in the center.
The violation notice was located under the Summary page of the Inspection Report and the entire Inspection Report was closed behind a glass display window. The violation notice was not visible.
Staff confirmed during the inspection that the violation notice was not visible at the time of the inspection.
