Inspector Notes
An in-person annual subsidy inspection was conducted on 9/27/2022 and 10:00am. There were (3) children in care and (0) children living in the home under the age of 12 present with the vendor. The inspector reviewed (2) children?s records and (1) adult member records submitted by the vendor to ensure compliance with the health and safety regulations.
-Information gathered during the inspection determined areas of non-compliance with applicable regulations or law, and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the vendor.

Based on a review of children records, Vendor did not maintain, and keep at the family day home, written or electronic information for each enrolled child.
Evidence: Upon the Inspectors arrival there were 2 children in care, there was no record for child #1. The Vendor said the 9 month old started today and she did not have any documentation for the child.
