An in-person subsidy inspection was conducted because of a move on 6/13/2023 at 9:35 am. There were (#2 children in care and (0) children living in the home under the age of 12 present with the vendor. The inspector reviewed (2) children?s records and (4) adult/household member records submitted by the vendor to ensure compliance with the health and safety regulations.
