Inspector Notes

An in-person annual subsidy inspection was conducted on June 3, 2024. There were (2) children in care and (0 children living in the home under the age of 12 present with the vendor. The inspector reviewed (3) children?s records and (1) adult/household member records submitted by the vendor to ensure compliance with the health and safety regulations.

-Information gathered during the inspection determined areas of non-compliance with applicable regulations or law, and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the vendor.

A complaint was also investigated during this inspection. The allegations were about the clients using the neighbors parking spaces, which we have no control of. The other concern were having 7-8 children everyday. There were only 2 children in care and a total of 3 children enrolled and on the attendance. The complaint is not valid.

Based on a review of fire drill log, the vendor has not practiced fire evacuation drills at least monthly.
Evidence: The fire evacuation log was reviewed, there was no documentation of fire drills for March, April and May of 2024.
Plan of Correction: I will do monthly fire drills.
