During the inspection, the inspector reviewed the areas listed above to include standards found out of compliance during the previous inspection. Unless otherwise noted as a violation within this inspection report, the provider was in compliance with the standards reviewed. Inspector Notes

An unannounced, on-site monitoring inspection was initiated and completed on 6/9/2025. The on-site inspection began at 9:50am and ended at 12:30pm. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 98 children present and 17 staff. The inspector reviewed 6 children?s records and 6 staff records on-site.

This inspection included document review, tour of the facility and interviews.

Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law, and violations are documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

Standard 8VAC20-780-270-A
Areas and equipment of the center, inside and outside, shall be maintained in a clean, safe and operable condition.

In the Toddler Classroom, the lower cabinet on the sink had peeling paint. The cabinet is accessible to children.
Plan of Correction: Cabinet is on order to be replaced by 6/20/2025.
Standard 8VAC20-780-560-G
When food is brought from home, the food container shall be sealed and clearly dated and labeled in a way that identifies the owner.

1. In the Infant 1 Room, Child A and Child B had snacks from home that were not labeled with name and date.
2. In the Pre-K Classroom, Child C, D E had lunch bags in their cubies with no dates.
3. In the School Age Classroom, Child F, G, H had lunch bags that were not labeled with names and dates.
Plan of Correction: When food is bought from home, staff will ensure lunch bags are labeled with child's names and dates. Snacks bought from home will be placed in a Ziplock bag and labeled with child's name and date.
