During the inspection, the inspector reviewed the areas listed above to include standards found out of compliance during the previous inspection. Unless otherwise noted as a violation within this inspection report, the program was in compliance with the standards reviewed.
Inspector Notes
An unannounced, on-site monitoring was conducted on 11/20/24. The on-site inspection began at 10:30am and ended at 11:25am. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 11 children present and 2 caregivers; the point total was 29. The inspector reviewed 6 children?s records and 3 caregiver/household member records while on-site. The inspection included document review, tour of the daycare areas of the home and interviews. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
