Inspector Notes

An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on June 9 2023 between 1:45pm and 3:00pm. There were 6 day care children and 3 provider children in the care of 2 caregivers. Children were observed napping, playing games, being read to, being diapered, and washing their hands. A review of household records, staffing records, children's records, evacuation drills, emergency supplies, and attendance records was conducted.
