Inspector Notes

An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted March 6, 2024 approximately 9:25am - 11:30am. There were 6 day care children and 3 provider children totaling 24 points, directly supervised by 2 caregivers. The home, 2 caregiver records, 3 children's records, and policies were inspected. Children were observed during circle time, free play, diapering, napping and bottle feeding. There was an assortment of age-appropriate materials for children. Areas of non-compliance are identified in the Violation Notice.
