Inspector Notes
A monitoring inspection was completed today. There were 8 children (19 points) with 3 caregivers. The children were observed hand washing, singing songs, drawing and having morning snack which consisted of yogurt and goldfish. The physical plant, children's records, staff records, household member records, attendance logs, evacuation logs, first aid kits, carbon monoxide detectors, postings and menu's were reviewed.
