Inspector Notes
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on 9/28/2022 between the hours of 10:25 am and 12:30 pm. There were six (6) children present with 3 caregivers supervising for a total of 14 points. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies, nutrition, evacuation logs, first aid supplies and children and caregivers? records.
