Inspector Notes

A Subsidy Health and Safety (SHSI) monitoring inspection was conducted on April 13, 2023 between the hours of 8:35am and 10:15am to review supplemental health and safety requirements. There were 9 children present with 3 caregiver supervising. A licensing inspection
was also conducted on this date. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards were reviewed during this supplemental inspection. Information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
