Inspector Notes

An unannounced, on-site renewal inspection was initiated on 7/30/2024 and completed on 7/30/2024. The on-site inspection began at 9:15am and ended at 10:00am. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were (12) children present and (2) caregivers; the point total was (24). The inspector reviewed (2) children?s records and (5) caregiver/household records on-site on 7/30/2024. This inspection included document review, emergency drill logs, tour of the home and observations.

Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law, and violations are documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

Based on review of household members records, the provider did not obtain an updated central registry every five years.
Evidence:
1. Household member #2 had a central registry result dated 5/07/2019 and needed to be updated.
