Inspector Notes
An unannounced, on-site monitoring inspection was initiated and completed on 1/02/2025. The on-site inspection began at 9:09am and ended at 9:40am. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were seven children present and two caregivers; the point total was 15. The inspector reviewed two children?s records and two caregiver/household members records on-site on 1/02/2025..
This inspection included document review, tour of the home and observations.
Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law, and violations are documented on the violation notice issued to the program.
Violations
2The record for Child #1 was missing the parent's signed acknowledgement of the receipt of Provisions of the family day home's emergency preparedness and response plan.. The child was present during the inspection and had been in care for a four months.
The record for Child #2 was missing the parent's signed acknowledgement of the receipt of liability Insurance Declaration.. The child was present during the inspection and had been in care for a three months.
The provider did not document the August 2024 or September 2024 evacuation drills.
