Inspector Notes

A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted on 4/20/2022. There were 2 children in care at the time of the inspection. During the inspection the home, emergency supplies and procedures were inspected and cleaning/sanitation routines were also discussed. A sample of child records, provider information and household member information was also reviewed.

Information gathered during the inspection determined violations with applicable code or requirements and are listed on the violation notice.

Based upon observation and interview, vendor was not present at time of the inspection.
Evidence: When the inspector arrived there were 2 children present directly supervised by a household member.
Plan of Correction: She is at the doctor and will be back soon. She will be with the kids from now on. We understand.
Standard 8VAC20-790-180-B
Based upon record review required daily written attendance was not maintained for the 2 children in care.
Evidence: There were 2 children in care at the time of the inspection and There was no written hard copy indicating their arrival into care today.
Plan of Correction: We ran out of copies of the attendance form. We will print more.
