Inspector Notes

An unannounced inspection was conducted on 5/24/22 from 10:10am-12:20pm in response to a self-report received by the Licensing Inspector regarding allegations that the center was not meeting the requirements for infant daily activities and inadequate staff training. Based on classroom observation, a review of documentation of infant daily activities, interviews conducted, and review of two staff records, the allegations were unable to be substantiated due to insufficient corroborating evidence. There were no violations cited from the inspection.
