Inspector Notes

This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, including telephone contacts, documents review, interviews and a virtual tour of the program.

A monitoring inspection was initiated on August 12, 2021 and concluded on August 12, 2021. The director was contacted by telephone and a virtual inspection was conducted. This inspection was conducted at the request of the licensee related to a change in current designated program space for specific age groups of children. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of physical plant, programs, special services and special care and emergencies. No children's records and staff records were reviewed. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
