Inspector Notes

A monitoring inspection was initiated and concluded on 10/3/2023. There were 32 children present with 10 staff supervising and 2 administrators. The children were observed during lunch time, bathroom breaks to include diaper changes, and nap time. A total of 5 child records and 5 staff records were reviewed. The inspection started at 11:20 am and concluded at 1 pm.

The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
