Inspector Notes
A renewal inspection was conducted on June 10, 2024. The licensing inspector was onsite from approximately 2:15pm until 3:40 pm. There were 10 elementary children in care with one staff supervising. An additional staff was on site. Children ranged in age from 10 to 12 years. Children were observed weaving with yarn, making graduation cards, and working on math equations. Children also glazed ceramic honey pots they had made earlier.
The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of five child records and five staff records were reviewed. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.
If you have any questions about this inspection, please contact the licensing inspector.
