An unannounced inspection was initiated completed on July 25, 2024, in response to a complaint received by the licensing office on June 14, 2024, relating to allegations of care of children by staff. The inspector reviewed 8 children?s records and 2 staff records. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, interviews, and observations. The preponderance of evidence gathered during the investigation does not support the allegation(s); therefore, the complaint is determined to be not valid. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
