Inspector Notes

A renewal study was conducted today using virtual protocol established during the state of emergency. There were 5 children and two caregivers present during today's inspection. Two caregiver and 2 children's records were reviewed. All were complete.
The dog's rabies vaccination needs to be updated. Emergency supplies, emergency exit drills, shelter-in-place drill, Emergency Preparedness plan, menu and posting of required documents were all in compliance.

Evidence:
The vaccination for the dog expired 2/25/2021.
