Inspector Notes
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today. There were 13 children present, including 2 resident children (48 points) with 3 caregivers.
Children were observed playing with a variety of toys, eating and preparing for rest.
3 caregiver, 1 resident and 5 child records were reviewed. See Violation Notice for non-compliances cited today.
Emergency evacuation drills were conducted, just not recorded, per the provider.
The menu, cot spacing, fridge/freezer temperatures, bathroom supplies, first aid and emergency supplies were all in compliance today.

HHM#1's nationwide fingerprint results available for review were dated10/20/23. Residency began 6/2023.
Evidence:
Household member #1's record did not contain a completed CRS within 30 days of residency.
The results are now on file; however, they were not received in the allowable time frame.

Children were observed in bouncy seats, high chairs and a "Bumbo" infant seat without the safety strap fastened. straps were fastened during the inspection.
