Inspector Notes
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today. There were 14 children present (including 3 resident children) for a total of 46 points with 3 caregivers.Children were observed playing outside, washing hands, eating lunch and preparing for rest time. 3 caregiver, 1 household member and 9 child records were reviewed. See Violation notice for non-compliances cited today. It is recommended that you review all records in preparation for your upcoming renewal inspection.
