Inspector Notes

A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted on September 9, 2022 to review supplemental health and safety requirements. This on site visit was from 10:40 a.m. through 1:20 p.m. There were thirty-nine children in the care of five staff in three classrooms. Five children?s and five staff records were reviewed and updated. No medication is being administered at this time. A licensing inspection was also conducted this date; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. Violations were found during the supplemental subsidy health and safety inspection requirements and are identified on the violation notice. Areas observed were: free choice activity, books, hand washing/bathroom procedures, lunch, and nap. Interactions between the children and staff were observed as appropriate and the children seem comfortable with the daily routine and schedule.
