A non-mandated monitoring inspection regarding a self-reported incident in the area of programs was conducted August 22, 2023 and concluded December 5, 2023. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, staff qualifications and training, staffing and supervision, and programs. Interviews were conducted.
