Inspector Notes

This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, including telephone contacts, documents review, interviews and a virtual tour of the program.

A monitoring inspection was initiated on January 6, 2022 and concluded on January 11, 2022. The director was contacted by telephone and a virtual inspection was conducted. There were ten children present, ranging in ages from 18 months to 3 years of age, with four staff supervising. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of three child records and five staff records were reviewed.

New standards became effective October 13, 2021. The facility has not yet complied with the following standards: new requirements for attendance. The facility will work with licensing inspector to come into compliance by January 13, 2022.

The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
