Inspector Notes
A renewal inspection was initiated on October 5, 2022 at approximately 1:45 PM to 2:25 PM. There were five children present, ranging in ages from preschool to school-age, with one staff supervising. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of five child records and one staff record was reviewed. The provider stated transportation is not provided at this time. The provider stated that medication is not administered at this time. One pet record was reviewed and in compliance.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
