Inspector Notes

This inspection was conducted by staff using an alternative remote protocol, including phone interview, records review, and a virtual observations. An on-site inspection was not conducted at this time.

An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted at 1:10pm. The provider was contacted by phone to initiate the inspection, and given a list of items required to complete the inspection. There was 1 child present = 0 points with the vendor. Ratios and supervision were in compliance. The home was sufficiently supplied with toys and equipment for children, and appeared clean and organized today. Information gathered during the inspection determined there were areas of non-compliance with applicable standards or laws reviewed. Based on observations made, it was determined that poisonous materials were not kept in a locked place when not in use. Evidence: A total of 4 cleaning supplies were observed on a counter and accessible to children.
Plan of Correction: The cleaning supplies were locked during the inspection.
