Inspector Notes

A subsidy health and safety inspection (SHSI) was conducted today to review supplemental health and safety requirements not covered in the licensing regulations. A licensing inspection was conducted on the same date, and the two inspections combined cover all SHSI requirements. A violation of the supplemental subsidy health and safety requirements was found. Based on records reviewed, it was determined that the written record of children in attendance each day did not include required information. Evidence: The record did not include the arrival + departure times for each child, as it occurs.
Plan of Correction: The inspector gave the provider a model attendance form. In the future the attendance will show arrival + departure times for each child.
