Inspector Notes
An unannounced, on-site monitoring inspection was conducted on 9/19/24. The on-site inspection began at 12:30pm and ended at 1:40pm. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 4 children present and 1caregiver. The inspector reviewed 3 children?s records and 1 caregiver's and 2 household member records while on-site. This inspection included document review, tour of the daycare areas of the home and interviews. Information gathered during the inspection determined no non-compliance with applicable standards or law, and violations are documented on the violation notice issued to the program.
