Inspector Notes

A subsidy health and safety (SHSI) inspection was conducted on 05/08/2024 from 10:35 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. There were 64 children present, ranging in ages from 10 months to five years old with 18 staff supervising. A licensing inspection was also conducted on this date. Both inspections combined cover subsidy health and safety regulations. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards were reviewed during this supplemental inspection.

The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
