Inspector Notes
A Code of VA compliance inspection was conducted on 8/17/2022. There were 29 children, ages 3 years and older, in care with three staff and a volunteer. A sampling of five children's records and four staff records were reviewed. The inside and outside areas used by the children were inspected.
Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program and discussed with the principal during the exit interview.

Based upon review of staff records and staff interview, the facility has not ensured that they have obtained for all staff the results of a Child Protective Services (CPS) Central Registry Search within 30 days of employment.
