Inspector Notes
A subsidy health and safety inspection was conducted on 08/07/2024 and completed on 08/12/2024. The on-site inspection began at 9:15 am and ended at 12:55 pm. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 73 children and 11 staff present. The inspector reviewed 5 children?s records, 5 staff records, and 2 applicant records on site. The inspection included: document review, a tour of the facility, interviews and observations.
A licensing inspection was also conducted on this date. Both inspections combined cover health and safety regulations. Only subsidy requirements not covered in licensing standards were reviewed during this supplemental inspection.
Information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable subsidy requirements. No violations were issued.
