Inspector Notes
An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted today between 9:55am and 11:05am. There were 11 children present with the Provider and 2 assistant for a total of 22 points within the supervision guidelines. The children were observed playing with sand, play dough, washing hands, eating lunch and other organized activities. Positive interactions were observed during this inspection. A complete inspection of the physical plant, children and staff records, fire drill log, attendance and emergency procedures were observed during this inspection. There is an ample amount of supplies and activities available to the children. The provider is not currently MAT trained and stated that there are no medications kept on site. Violations were found during today?s inspection and can be viewed on the Violation Notice.
