Inspector Notes
This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, including telephone contacts, documents review, interviews and a virtual tour of the program.
A monitoring inspection was initiated on 2/23/22 and concluded on 2/25/22. The provider was contacted by telephone and a virtual inspection was conducted. There were 6 children (16 points) in direct care and supervision of 1 caregiver. The children were observed engaged in free play with age appropriate toys. 2 children's records, 1 caregiver's record and emergency drill records were reviewed. First aid supplies, infant bottles and cribs were assessed. There were no medications on site. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law.
