Inspector Notes

A monitoring inspection was conducted on 3/27/23 from 10:45 am to 11:40am. There were 3 children (8 points) present, with 1 caregiver supervising. The children were observed playing with toys and listening to music. 2 children's records, 1 caregiver's record, emergency drill and attendance records were reviewed. There were no children on site with medications.

Based on records review, the provider did not obtain the results of a repeat fingerprint based criminal record check, every five years.
Evidence: Caregiver # 1's fingerprint results expired on 2/8/23.
Plan of Correction: AN appointment has been made to get fingerprinting done.

Based on records review, the provider did not have a current certification in cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR).
Evidence: The provider's CPR certification expired on 2/27/23.
