Inspector Notes
An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted on October 3, 2022 from approximately 12:40 pm to 1:30 pm. There were 4 children in attendance. 1 staff record, 2 household member records and 2 children?s records were reviewed. All areas of the home were observed and areas where the children are cared for were inspected.
Interviews were held with the provider throughout the inspection. The designated areas for childcare were deemed appropriate and are equipped with age appropriate toys to meet the needs of the children. Children were observed taking a nap while the licensing inspector was at the home.
The license and current inspection were posted. Evacuation drills were conducted monthly. Shelter in place drill conducted two times with the most recent on 09/11/22.
The menu was posted.
The center?s first aid kit was inspected and found complete. The home had a working flashlight and battery operated radio.
There were violations cited as a result of this inspection.

3Evidence: The record of household member #1 did not contain documentation of a sworn statement of affirmation and central registry results. The provider reported the sworn statement was not completed and central registry had been mailed but the results had not been received.
