Inspector Notes
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on March 14, 2024 between the hours of 10:30 am through 11:30am. There were a total of seven children (24 points) observed with three caregivers. A total of five children's files and four staff/household member's files were reviewed. The children were engaged in the following: toy play, snack, coloring, and other organized activities. Violations
4Evidence:
1. Caregiver #3's record did not contain a current TB Screening form. The record contained documentation of an expired Tb screening dated 06/17/2021.
Evidence:
1. Child #2's and Child #4's diaper cream was not labeled with their names.
Evidence:
1. The emergency evacuation drills were not conducted for the months of January and February.
2. Caregiver #1 confirmed that the January and February drills were not conducted.
Evidence:
1. The temperature of the refrigerator had a thermometer reading of 46 degrees Fahrenheit at the time of the inspection.
