An unannounced, on-site renewal inspection was initiated on July 19, 2024 and completed on July 19, 2024, as a part of the licensure period. The on-site inspection began at 9:40am and ended at 10:40am. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above.There were 9 children present and 3 caregivers; the point total was 26. The inspector reviewed 2 children?s records, 3 staff records and 1 household member record [on-site]. This inspection included:
