Inspector Notes
A subsidy health and safety (SHSI) inspection was initiated and concluded on 09/11/2023. There were 81 children present with 16 staff supervising. A licensing inspection was also conducted on this date. Both inspections combined cover subsidy health and safety regulations. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards were reviewed during this supplemental inspection.
Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

Based on review of five staff records it was determined that not all records contained documentation of CPR training within 90 days of employment. Evidence: The record for staff A and staff B (start date: 05/30/2023) did not contain documentation of CPR certification.
Plan of Correction: Staff A and Staff B will obtain CPR Training.
