An unannounced inspection was initiated on and completed on 11/25/2024 in response to a complaint received by the licensing office on 11/20/2024 relating to allegations of hand washing. The inspector reviewed 3 children?s records and 2 staff records on-site. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, interviews and observations.

The preponderance of evidence gathered during the investigation does not support the allegation(s); therefore, the complaint is determined to be not valid. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
